Loving your body is just changing your Lens.

Updated: Jan 25, 2021

When you look in the mirror are you on the lookout for faults?

Thighs too big...eyes too small.. stomach too round..

What are you comparing them to?

Most likely someone else's idea of perfect.

Usually marketers, big business and men.

There are millions of people out there who love what you have. And would love to have what you do.

When you're hating your body, it's because of who you're exposing yourself to.

These people are definitely not like you. When you're following instagrammers and models, your brain's literally telling you that something's gone wrong and you're not measuring up. There isn't any real danger, it's just your brain doing its job. But you end up rejecting your body which makes you treat it the same way.

If you want to lose weight for good, self loathing has to end.

Your brain needs something else to focus on.

Get out of your head and and drop down below, feel what it’s like from within.

When you experience your body from the inside out,

you'll notice your judgement is dropped.

How do your legs feel attached to your hips?

Your heart and your lungs when you breathe?

Judgement is conditioned opinions you have about you.

They are ' thought faults' as none of them are true.

You are 100 % worthy and beautiful as you, your body is absolutely perfect.

There are inspiring women with normal shapes you can follow. Unfollow those that aren't.

Start loving the body you have and your thoughts about food start to shift.

Food that used to comfort, will no longer offer you that. What you learn is that comfort is really treating your body in a loving way.
