When your brain’s been startled, everything's amplified.
You may not think it, but this is great news.
An opportunity to find out what’s going on for you.
As things get louder, they become more visible.
So much easier to evaluate when you can actually see it.
What emotions are you experiencing that are louder?
Remember, emotions are chemical messengers from your brain to your body.
They are vibrations that can’t hurt you.
Eating may take the edge off, but it doesn't make them disappear.
When you’re not afraid of them, you can access why they’re there. Instead, ask yourself why you're feeling this way.
Answering it gives you some thoughts.
Growth and change can only occur when you understand what you’re thinking.
Louder vibrations are a gift.
Your body wanting you to know something.
If your problem has become bigger,
instead of dulling it with food, invite it in.
Use kindness and compassion to find the cause.
It will always be a thought, just your interpretation of the world. Only then can you decide whether it's serving you or not.
