We are living in unprecedented times.
Everyone has opinions, no one really knows.
What I do know is that we’ll weather this storm.
Things may be different for a while but we will adapt.
We are going to have more time than ever with ourselves.
In social isolation- totally out of routine.
If you’ve spent years buffering with food, this will be amplified. Your brain will tell you it doesn’t matter if you lose weight or not-
this is not the time to worry about that.
With so much uncertainty, it’s easy to put everything on hold. The truth is it does matter. No amount of worry will fix the world.
Call yourself out, stop making excuses they won't create change. If you looked at your life's top 5 priorities, I bet your health is right up there. It is the perfect time to focus here. Health and mental wellness are the most important things you have right now.
Imagine your life as a book. This chapter's content is Covid-19.

Make this time at home the best gift you ever give yourself.
A healthy body and mind for the rest of your life.
What can you change to honour your health and body today? How about 6 servings of veggies, 5 push ups or even no dessert? Get creative, brainstorm all the things. Every little change creates evidence that you are capable. Your brain likes to find evidence to prove it right. Re-focus it from all the fear and give it something positive to think about.
