What is the event?
What do you want to do?
What will be challenging?
List 3 scenarios that may play out and plan how you will deal with them.
What is your commitment to you?
If things get hard what could you tell yourself in the moment?
Take some time and do this, it's life changing.
Honouring this commitment is the ultimate in self-care.
As your self confidence builds, so does the relationship with you.
You will notice, your whole life expands.
Which is more important to you?
Eating all the food whenever you like and feeling crappy,
